Title
: Facilitating Efficiently in the TBL Classroom

For the TBL Classroom to work effectively, students need to be prepared and engaged, contribute but not dominate. This workshop focuses on how to help students develop the professional communication skills necessary to working together effectively in teams.

By the end of this hands-on workshop, participants will:

1. Practice developing collaboration guidelines.
2. Identify two ways to provide students with feedback about their professionalism skills.
3. Working in teams, develop strategies for dealing with two common team behavioral issues: the “dominator” and “social loafer.”
